The small device is connected directly to the 12 V vehicle electrical system. Caution! The proper functioning of the device is only guaranteed when operated on an on-board battery.
Slightly pressing the button on the top of the housing switches the device on, turning it from transparent to green. If a harmful gas concentration is detected, the entire upper side turns red and the internal loud siren switches on.
